Product function:
◆KWD-03R series ultrasonic cleaner has the function of double-tank machine, and adds an independent solvent distillation recovery tank. Clean distillation solvents are automatically supplemented in the cleaning tank. Solvents are repeatedly used to reduce production costs.
◆It is suitable for cleaning flux, rosin, grease on precision appliances, polishing wax and dirt on watchband, watchcase and lighting. It also has built-in refrigeration system to effectively prevent solvent volatilization.
◆Setting up liquid level safety control system to ensure the normal operation of equipment
◆Setting up solvent filtration system to ensure solvent cleanliness
◆Setting up an independent distillation recovery system for long-term clean and efficient use of solvents
◆Set up solvent heating system and automatic constant temperature system. Temperature control range can be adjusted from 30 to 110 ℃.
